Not able to map "downloads" to another drive

I have Wincustomize Browser & Object Desktop (retail). I use to be able to change my "download" folder from within: Stardock Central / Tools / Settings -- to another drive (I have multiple hard drives on one system). Now it will not accept my choice so I have to leave it at the "default" C:\Program Files\Stardock...etc. etc.

I have updated each Object Desktop component to date. Is it possible the latest Stardock Central or Desktop X version could be causing this problem?
Can anyone explain what might have changed?
